What we collect when you contact us about booking a ranch visit, reserving a herd tour, or signing up for grazing updates, why we need it to plan pasture logistics and animal welfare, and what you can ask us to do with that information at any time.
Your name, email address, the ranch visit date and herd tour you want, and anything you tell us about allergies, mobility or dietary needs so our farmhands can plan a safe bovine encounter. We also record basic technical data such as browser type and the pages you open, plus general location data to help us staff the right number of guides for grazing excursions and keep every set of hoofs safely on the trail.
Only the farmhand leading your pasture tour and the trusted partners we need to keep the ranch running, such as livestock feed suppliers and veterinary services. We never sell your details to anyone, and we do not pass them along to advertisers or outside marketers of any kind.
We use cookies to remember your preferred grazingland route, remember any Mooing alerts you have subscribed to, and see which pasture tours and herd pages visitors read most often. You can block or delete these cookies at any time through your browser settings without affecting your visit booking.
Ask and we will show you exactly what information we hold about you, correct any mistakes, or delete it entirely from our records. Write to us through the contact page and we will confirm once the request has been completed, usually within a few business days.
